War Flowers Remembrance and Craft session

In the spirit of learning and never forgetting, join us for our first War Flowers craft session.

There are a number of flowers associated with remembrance and after World War One, different countries picked different flower to represent their remembrance. Most notably – the Poppy, the Forget-me- Not, the Cornflower and the Daisy.

Join us in the museum to create your own flower craft, you will then be welcome to leave this on our remembrance wall. You can also take this away with you.

This is aimed at younger children but we do ask that an adult accompany them.
