About the book

Battlefields is a poignant collection of poems that pay tribute to the sacrifices made on the battlefields. From the haunting landscapes to the blooming poppies, Liz’s words remind us of the courage and loss that war brings. Through verses that evoke both the pain and pride of military service, she captures the essence of remembrance and honor. These poems speak to the heart of those who have served and those who support them, offering a glimpse into the emotional journey of soldiers and their families. With themes of camaraderie, resilience and the enduring impact of war, Battlefields is a moving exploration of the human experience in the times of conflict. This collection is a testament to the bravery and sacrifice of those who have served, a reminder to never forget the price of freedom.
